3 days of learning from various leaders within the North American Division and network with pastors within the Pacific Union Conference.

Special keynote, 6 plenary sessions and over 14 breakout sessions with speakers from various institutions.

Separate sessions for ministerial spouses and children because they are important too and a part of this program as well.

Registration

Q: How do I register?

A: Register for the event by completing the online form. There is no registration fee for attendees, unless you are staying in the hotel for the duration of the event. No payment is required now, reserve your room now and pay at the hotel upon check in. Your room will be assigned to you based on your accommodation preferences.

Q: What’s included in the registration?

A: You’ll receive a name badge, program, and freebies when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you have access to attend all of the sessions open to all attendees and the Banquet during the closing program.

Breakfast will be available to those who opted to stay at the hotel and chose breakfast with their room registration. Water will be provided throughout the day at the main meeting room. Lunch and dinner need to be covered out-of-pocket unless sponsored by your conference coordinator/language group representatives for the scheduled lunch/dinner with respective groups. Contact your conference coordinators and/or language group representatives for details.

Q: Can I change my registration?

A: Yes. To change your registration, contact the event organizers up to 30 days before the event especially if you want to change your hotel reservation/preference.

Q: Can I bring my kid(s)?

A: Yes. Contact the event organizers 15 days before the event to register your child/children.

Transportation and Lodging

Q: Is there a room block?

A: Yes. Once you register, we will add your reservation to our rooming list and will submit to the hotel on August 15. The hotel will assign rooms according to your preferred room type. 

Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

A: If a room needs to be canceled, contact the conference organizers on or before August 15, no more cancellations will be accepted after August 15. Your room cancellation will not cancel your registration.

Q: Is there a shuttle service to and from the airport and local businesses?

A: The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, and local businesses

Q: Is there a parking fee?

A: No. The hotel offers complimentary self-parking for all guests.

Hotel Amenities

Q: What are the hotel amenities available?

A: There is a complimentary Wi-fi available throughout the hotel. There is an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, lobby restaurant and lounge, coffee bar, internet cafe, fully equipped exercise facility, and 24-hour fitness center service.

Q: How do I volunteer to staff the event?

A: Thank you for your interest in supporting the event! Reach out to one of our event organizers and they can help set you up to volunteer.
