Voice of Prophecy
Dr. Bill Payne is the newly elected Director of the Voice of Prophecy Bible School Department. Before his appointment he served as the Associate Director for Evangelism and Field Trainer for the Discover Bible School. Pastor Payne has pastored in Texas, Indiana and Hawaii. Payne has served as Conference Departmental Director for Small Groups, Sabbath School, Youth, Adventurer, Camp, and Adventist Community Services.
He holds a BA in Theology from Southwestern Adventist University, Master’s in Organizational Management (MAOM) from University of Phoenix, a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Andrew University, and a Doctor of Ministry (D.MIN) in Church Revitalization from Liberty University with emphasis on Sabbath School and Small Groups Ministry.
Pastor Bill conducts seminars and training across the North American Division (NAD) and the world.
Bill and his wife Audrey have shared 32 years together, and they have one adult daughter.
One of Bill’s favorite Scripture is 2 Cor 5:17, “If anyone is in Christ, he/she is a new creation.”
